una sopa de ma\u00edz muy diferente, hecha de \u201cchacales\u201d, as\u00ed le dicen en la sierra de <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chihuahua\">Chihuahua<\/a> a los granos de ma\u00edz cocido, deshidratado al sol y triturado.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><!--more-->Esta t\u00e9cnica de deshidratar es muy com\u00fan en Chihuahua, debido al clima extremoso del estado, de modo que as\u00ed se puede disfrutar durante todo el a\u00f1o del ingrediente.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->La sopa de chacales es uno de los platillos principales en Semana Santa, \u00a1aunque yo podr\u00eda comerla durante todo el a\u00f1o!, es muy sencilla pero no por esto menos deliciosa, a\u00fan tengo su sabor y su aroma en mi memoria.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Es incre\u00edble la variedad gastron\u00f3mica que tenemos class=\"pg-1ff1\">Cocer los chacales en el agua con media cebolla y los ajos, por una hora u hora y media, <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x2 pg-1h1 pg-1y19 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">hasta que queden blandos<\/li>\n<li class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x1 pg-1h3 pg-1y1a pg-1ff3 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\"><span class=\"pg-1ff1\">Saltear un cuarto de cebolla
